For over 42 years, Wholly Cow has been crafting small-batch ice cream and sorbets right here in the Lowcountry. Every season brings its own flavors, its own rhythms. But fall? Fall is our favorite. This Fall we're going all in with limited-edition ice cream, seasonal coffee drinks, and a float that's going to make you do a double take.

Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream — The One Everyone's Been Waiting For

Let's get this out of the way first: our Pumpkin Spice ice cream is not a pumpkin spice-flavored thing. It is not a seasonal marketing exercise. It is not a nod to the trend.

It tastes like the inside of a pumpkin pie.

Creamy, rich, perfectly spiced; cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, a bit of ginger all folded into our base with the same care that goes into every single flavor we make. No artificial flavoring or colors. No shortcuts. Just real pumpkin pie flavor in ice cream form, made the Wholly Cow way.

Its produced in small batches every fall. It hits our dipping case at our Johns Island flagship shop and a few select restaurants and independent ice cream shop locations around the Lowcountry and when the last scoop is gone, it's done until next September. No exceptions. No rain checks. No "can you hold some for me?"

Honey Crisp Apple Float — The Unexpected Star

Here's the fall special that's going to stop you in your tracks. A Honey Crisp Apple Float — artisan Sprecher Honey Crisp Apple soda paired with creamy Wholly Cow ice cream in one gloriously seasonal drink. It's refreshing, it's unexpected, and it is absolutely a fall experience you didn't know you needed. We love it with the Cinnamon Toast ice cream for an apple pie flavor or try it with our Killa Vanilla. When our supply of Sprecher Honey Crisp Apple Soda runs out, its gone until next year. By the way, the soda is made with real apple juice too and we have it in bottles.

This one is only here for a limited time, and it's the kind of thing that becomes a memory. Don't skip it.

The Fall Latte Lineup — Three Ways to Warm Up

Our coffee is locally roasted in small batches right here in the Charleston area, crafted specifically for Wholly Cow. And this fall, we're putting those beans to work in three seasonal lattes that are going to make October feel very, very good.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Yes, we do it. No, it's not what you're used to. When the base is our own locally roasted espresso and the spice is real, the difference is immediately obvious. Rich, warm, and just sweet enough; this is a Pumpkin Spice Latte worth talking about.

Maple Cinnamon Latte

The fall latte for people who think pumpkin spice gets all the credit. Maple Cinnamon is warm, subtly sweet, and deeply satisfying — the espresso forward, the maple a whisper, the cinnamon doing exactly what cinnamon is supposed to do in October. This one is going to quietly become your favorite.

Blondie Latte

Smooth, sweet, and golden. The Blondie Latte is our most indulgent fall coffee, think warm vanilla and caramel tones meeting our locally roasted espresso. It's the latte equivalent of a cozy sweater. Whatever's in it, it works. It really works.
